What will you be up to? ✅
- Supporting our customers and partners by chat, email, and over the phone
- Offering fast and efficient support in routine situations, at the same time thinking smart when the less predictable questions pop up
- Troubleshooting issues of the apps and finding solutions on the go
- Determining bugs and development issues when they arise, describing and reporting these to Jira
- Working with an open mind and willingness to hop into any support-related tasks
- Developing our support function together with our amazing team
- Plus, you will most probably get to do all the other fun things there are to do in a fast-developing start-up (to start with transportation work and end with participating in ads)
What sort of person are we looking for? 🕵️♀️
- You intuitively sort out all issues concerning apps, phones, and tablets and always find a solution; what’s more – you like helping others with those same issues
- You can work autonomously and make necessary decisions as they arise
- You have a can-do attitude, and you are passionate about finding solutions
- You are supportive and calm under pressure, on the other hand, you can take routine as well
- Previous experience in support or customer service area gives a big advantage – you must know how to make customers feel special and take an extra mile for them
- You get excited about the opportunity to build high-tech products that matter
- You want to build a company - not just work for one
A few musts 💛
- You have a tech background, not exactly the one you can learn but what you grow up with, and it’s all-natural to you
- You have neat verbal and written skills at least in Estonian & Russian and master enough English to comfortably communicate with colleagues
- You are willing to work with a flexible working schedule with shifts divided into all weekdays, both during daytime and evenings (7 days a week, from 9 am till midnight or longer)
